Change of mind
We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if you no longer want the product after the order has been processed.
Faulty or damaged products
If a product is faulty, damaged, significantly different from its description, or does not perform as expected, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under Australian Consumer Law.

Returns process
Before returning any product, please contact us first at info@manlybikes.com.au.
Products should be returned in original condition, with original packaging and included parts where possible, unless otherwise required by law.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is confirmed to be faulty or otherwise covered under Australian Consumer Law.
E-bike service policy
Every new e-bike purchased from Manly Bikes includes a complimentary first service.
This service must be booked before the bike reaches 500 km of use.
The free first service covers basic adjustments and checks. It does not include damage, misuse, crash repairs, replacement parts, or general wear and tear.
